Shooting for Success supports young athletes aged 16–23 as they prepare for future roles in coaching and sports administration.
What is S4S?
A bridge between sporting experience and future responsibility.
S4S is an Erasmus+ Sport project focused on the personal and professional development of young shooting athletes. It brings together research, education and accessible resources to help athletes translate their experience into coaching and administration capability.

General objective
Support athletes beyond active competition
The project promotes dual-career opportunities, strengthens grassroots shooting, supports a more inclusive and visible community and helps retain athletes' knowledge within the sport over the long term.

Disseminate research on best practices for grassroots shooting programmes and athlete dual-career development.
